This historic event, with its origins going as far back at 1948 will be held on Saturday afternoon 13th May.
This will also incorporate the inaugural National VTTA open circuit championships, the event closes on Tuesday 2nd May, this year the Leo 30 will be known as the 'Leo 30 - Alan Rochford & Val Hester memorial'.
The Leo 30 is recognised for fast times, most of the 30 comp records are in this event.
Due to the ongoing roadworks on the A11, the Leo 30 on Saturday afternoon 13th May will be running on the Stetchworth circuit (E33/30).
But this course isn't slow! Far from it.
When John Golder ran the National CTT circuit 25 championship around this course in October 2020, John Archibald won the men's event in a 48:50, Emily Meakin was the fastest woman with a 55:02 & Jacob Bush was the fastest junior with a 52:45.
Taking part in this historic event not only helps to donate to worthy causes but the winner becomes part of its ongoing heritage and history.
John is donating all the profits to Alan & Val's cancer charities.
There are currently only 12 entries with less than 2 weeks to closing, so please support this event and make it as special as all previous Leo 30's.
Volunteers are needed to marshal this event - please contact John Golder for more details.
Volunteering makes time trialling possible!
