START: at East end of field gateway on Borwick road 50 yards south of Keer Bridge and approx. 1 mile East of Borwick (SD 540726). Proceed South East up the hill to Springfield, junction with B6254 (2m). Turn left (Care) onto B6254 and proceed North East through Arkholme (3.87m) to Newton (5.82m). Turn left onto unclassified lane and head South West and acute right turn (7.50m) onto Docker Lane, which becomes Lancaster Brow and then, after left hand bend (care) Keer Holme lane. FINISH is on Keer Holme lane at field gate on crest of hill (9.91m) and approximately 130 yards before the Pheasant Field junction with Borwick Road.
