Start at Road Sign at end of Cockermouth School Car Park heading East. Follow Old A66 East through Embleton bear left towards Castle lnn. Straight ahead towards Dubwath at Ouse Bridge (B5921). Bear right towards Cockermouth at Dubwath (approx '100m before 85921/A66 Junction). Bear Left at Give Way Junction and retrace steps West to Cockermouth Finish at Road Sign Opposite Start
