Start at exit from roundabout adjacent to Portland Castle entrance, grid ref SY685744.
The ‘Coast Road’ sign is the start point.
Proceed along Castle Road and keep left at junction with Lerret Road – 143 meters
Left Turn at 430 meters - Junction of Castle Road and Verne Common Road, Grid ref SY684736
Finish on Verne Common Road adjacent to Public footpath sign at 1.890km, grid ref SY685737
The finish area could accommodate at least 2 or 3 cars and there is enough room for riders to turn and descend back to start
area. There is ample parking at The Verne.
