START on southbound Swanland Road at junction with Warrengate Road, approx one mile south of Welham Green.
Proceed south on Swanland Road to small RAB junction with St Albans Road.
Encircle RAB and retrace past start to junction of Swanland Road with Dixons Hill Road, where,
TURN and retrace to RAB junction with St Albans Road. Encircle RAB and retrace on Swanland Road to:
FINISH on northbound Swanland Road, approx 200 yards before Warrengate Road, start point.
